Energy Art Studio

The Energy Art Studio welcomes artists and craftspeople of all mediums. We are dedicated to giving the people of the San Francisco East Bay an easy over-view of its creative talent. Whether a viewer is looking for a painting or watercolor to buy, a theater director or film maker is looking for exactly the actor to cast in a film or stage play, or a publisher looking for supurb short stories to compile into a book,or add to a literary magazine, the Energy Art Studio is where to look.

The membership fee to join us for one year is $30. This entitles any professional artist to display a portrait photograph, an image of the cover of their book or art work, or a promotional photograph of their work. We ask for a brief statement about your work, as well as a way for the public to contact you or your gallery or agent.

If you wish to have the Energy Art Studio represent you in an online exhibit, or show a set of images that represent your art, books, CD's, Tapes, promotional images of you, resumes, or images of performances, we are happy to do so. The fee for this is a nominal $3. per image for one year.

You may also work in more than one medium, as with writing and painting, etc. Many artists are proficient in a number of mediums and materials. If this is the case, you may submit entries of images for as many catagories as you please. Each time we place an image online, add three dollars. The $30. fee covers your membership regardless of the number of catagories you are placed in.

For Example: Let's say that you are a painter, a writer of short stories, and a writer of novels. This would be three catagories. You have one portrait photo that will be used for each catagory. You also have one slide of a painting, and two more slides that are of the covers of your books. (One poetry, and the other a novel). These are all covered by the $30. fee. They wil be up and on the Web in about a week to ten days. Your display includes a link to your websites and e-mail.

If you would like the Energy Art Studio to represent you and your work, as in giving you a one year (changable) on-line exhibit of your paintings, or have your books placed on a "book shelf" showing the covers of your books, link to a first chapter or sample poetry, etc., we charge $3. per image that we place on the web, and $10 for a chapter. Each time we change or add an image, send $3. per change.

In addition to this, we handle sales of art work, books, etc, in this manner. We protect both the buyer and the artist by holding the money in our Energy Art Studio account until both buyer and seller are satisfied. This protects everyone concerned. When the work is received and accepted, the seller is paid. If, however, there is a return, this system guarantees that the work will be returned in perfect condition. If the work is damaged, the artist is paid.

For this sevice, the Energy Art Studio takes a commission of 25%.

Included in the original fee is a link to your website(s) or gallery , distributor or agent's website.

 

Joining us is simple.

Fill out the form below. We will bill you for one year. When you send in a check for one year( $30.) simply add $3. for each image (slide) and $10. to include your typed or printed resume. If you send a typed first chapter, add $10. Your year begins when we post your complete representation.

NOTE: If we are not representing you other than in the main display area, there is no need to pay more than thirty dollars. That covers two images, as well as other catagories with their respective images.

Send a check for the total amount along with the slides and a Self Addressed Stamped Envelope large enough to return the slides.

You will receive a bill for $30. Please send a portrait photograph of yourself, and one slide of your work or book cover or promotional image. If you would like us to represent you online, there is an additional fee of $3. per image, and $10 for resume. (All rsumes must be typed or printed) Please add this to your fee.
